Zvikomborero Kuwana is a Zimbabwean-born author, strategist and transformation practitioner based in South Africa. He is the author of Awakening the Tribes of Africa and founder of the movement bearing its name, dedicated to restoring African identity, heritage, spiritual understanding and collective responsibility.
Drawing on extensive experience in multinational corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and community-focused initiatives, Zvikomborero connects the recovery of identity with practical transformation in families, leadership and economic life. His work brings together biblical covenant principles and Ubuntu/Hunhu/Botho/Utu/Umunthu/Mutunchi/Vhuntu. This is the understanding that the outflow of our covenant relationship with the Creator is expressed through our relationships and responsibilities to one another and to our stewardship of the ecosystem of life He has given us responsibility for.
Through writing, teaching, mentorship and gatherings, he invites Africans on the continent and throughout the diaspora to examine inherited narratives, recover their dignity and inheritance, and build a purposeful legacy for future generations.
